We offer general notary services to those in the Greater Boston Area. Examples of documents include power of attorney, quitclaim deeds, RMV documents, legal documents, wills, separation agreements, I-9 forms (Authorized Representative), real estate docs like 6(D) certificates, overseas passport applications, and much more. Please contact us to find out if we can notarize your document.
Which Areas Do You Serve?
We serve the Greater Boston Area, including Boston, Brookline, Newton, Cambridge, Wellesley, Needham, Waltham, etc. Many of our clients are businesspeople, college professors/students (Boston College, Boston University, Harvard, MIT, etc.), and local residents. We are one of the only notaries in the area to serve clients after hours and over the weekend; so, many people come from across the state.
Where Do We Sign?
We meet in a public place in Newton, MA, or at our office (also in Newton).

Update: As of February 2025, our office is now located on a second floor (one flight of stairs). For those with mobility challenges, we can however meet outside or in a the small vestibule downstairs. We can also meet mobility-challenged clients in long-term care facilities and private residences. For clients at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, we can meet there.
How Much Do You Charge?
Please see the pricing page for current rates. Please note, you may be able to find a cheaper notary at your bank or other establishment during regular business hours. We encourage you to check before contacting us.
My Company Will Reimburse Me if I Get an Invoice. Can You Provide One?
Yes, we can provide you with a digital paid invoice within 48 hours of signing and your payment being processed. Your invoice will look like this, with the addition of blue, “PAID”, lettering and the fee reflecting how much you paid. Many companies will reimburse (partially or fully) their employees for getting work related documents notarized. Please note, we are not responsible if your employer chooses not to reimburse you nor will we alter the invoice. Please see our full terms.
Can You Add the Proper Notary Language to My Document(s)?
Yes, but we need to know at the time of booking, need to sign at a location with a printer, and need to know what type of notary act you are looking for; signature witnessing, acknowledgment, jurat, or certify a copy. Please contact us for more information.
Where Can We Read Your Terms of Service?
Please click this link to see our terms.
Why Did You Start This Service?
We started this service because most typical notaries in the Boston area pack up at 4pm and do not work on weekends. However, many companies and people requiring notarized documents need someone to do so last minute after hours, ex. 8pm on a Sunday.
Do You Service Corporate Clients?
Yes. Please contact us to inquire further. If you are a non-profit located in Newton and need notarizations for volunteers, please contact us. We are happy to volunteer our time to help out.
Do You Have Access to Witnesses on Site?
Generally we do not. However, if your document requires witnesses you are free to bring your own, and we will use a conference space that can fit everyone. With enough notice, we can arrange to bring witnesses to which we may add an additional fee.
Is Your Notary Signature Valid in All 50 States?
Yes — Under the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the U.S. Constitution, notarizations performed by a commissioned notary in one state are generally accepted nationwide.
However, some institutions may have specific requirements, so please check with them or a legal professional before booking. Contact us to confirm if we can notarize your document or add special wording. We cannot guarantee acceptance by all parties.
Can You Notarize Documents for Use in Another Country?
Yes, we can often notarize documents for use abroad. Because requirements vary by country, we recommend confirming with an attorney or legal professional in the destination country before booking. Please note that our notary section will be in English. If your document needs country-specific notary wording, there may be an additional fee for adding it. We are happy to work with your overseas attorney, but they should be your primary source for guidance.
Can We Sign Over Videoconference?
We offer wet ink (not digital) notarizations*. At the time of writing, we are unable to offer RON, or remote online notary, services due to state law. This was expected to change on January 1st, 2024, but as of January 1st, 2025, still has not been updated.
*For Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, we often can do this over a secure videoconferencing service depending on the platform used. For example, most biotech companies tend to use HireRight, which allows for this option. Please check with your HR department.
Are you a loan signing agent?
We do not notarize loans.
