Terms of Service

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Identification & Preparation: You must present a valid, unexpired, and acceptable form of identification at the time of the appointment (e.g., MA Driver’s License or US Passport). If you are unsure if your ID is acceptable, please reach out to us before booking. For remote I-9 verifications, clear, legible scans of these documents should be provided before our video call to ensure a smooth process.
  • Document Readiness: Please bring duplicates of all documents to your appointment if possible. While we can print documents for a small fee if arranged in advance, please note that we do not always have on-site printing available at the meeting location.
  • Payment & Invoices: Payment is due at the time of service. For certain specialized signings or long-distance travel, we may request advance payment. Digital receipts are sent via text or email within 48 hours of payment. While we provide professional receipts for your records, we are not responsible for your employer’s specific reimbursement policies.
  • Cancellations & Punctuality: We value your time and ask that you do the same for ours. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for a full refund (minus processing fees). If you are running late, please call us. We will wait up to 15 minutes past our start time. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be treated as a “No-Show” and would not be subject to a refund.
  • Remote I-9 Verification: We offer remote verification via video call when supported by your employer’s system (like HireRight). Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a working camera for our call. While we act as an Authorized Representative at your request, the final acceptance of the verification method rests with your employer’s HR department. Our liability for any clerical error is strictly limited to the service fee paid ($150).
  • Our Commitment to You: If there is a mistake on either end, we are committed to making it right. We will coordinate a follow-up to correct the documentation as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to refuse service only in cases of safety concerns, insufficient ID, or document discrepancies, but we will always try to find a solution first.

Our Goal: We know starting a new job or getting documents notarized can be stressful. We are here to make this the easiest part of your week. If you have any questions about these terms, just ask.
